For those organizations attending SUMMIT 2018 that are interested in exhibiting their latest innovations and capabilities, 8-foot skirted display tables are available. (There are a limited number of tables available.) Please note: All exhibitors must register for both general admission and a tabletop display.

Tabletop displays will be set up on May 9 between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.; open during registration, breaks, and the evening networking reception; and disassembled at the close of the Summit Evening Networking Reception at 7 p.m.

Display Information:

Each exhibitor has access to one 8-foot skirted table. Some of the display tables will have a pipe and drape back wall and others will have a hard surface wall of the conference room. Low amperage 110V AC power will be available to all exhibitors. These displays are intended to be “table-top” in nature and should be able to be set-up in less than 30 minutes. Small pop-up displays, laptops and flat screen video displays along with sample parts, brochures, and other small portable display items are desired.

Exhibitor Expectations:

All displays will be open during the scheduled breaks throughout Summit and during the evening reception. Exhibitors should plan to be available during these times to explain and discuss their displays with other attendees.

Exhibitor Move-In:

Displays are to be set up Wednesday, May 9, between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. All displays must be in place for the beginning of Summit at 8 a.m.  Displays may be setup late Tuesday afternoon if necessary, but advanced notification is required. Contact Tara Sarver to make arrangements for Tuesday move-in.

Exhibitor Tear Down:

ALL DISPLAYS are to remain in place until the end of the EVENING RECEPTION at 7 p.m. on Wednesday May 9. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Tear down during the event or during presentations is NOT PERMITTED! If you are unavailable to tear down at the end of the event, please let us know so we can make necessary arrangements.
